I visited Barbara, unsure of what to expect or of what the process would entail, having never visited a social worker before. Barbara's calm and gentle manner helped offer insight and depth into what we were discussing. Most notably she helped me with simple relaxation and meditative practices to help find quiet in the midst of chaos. It was a refreshing, healing and calming experience to meet with her.
